We accept exchanges and not refunds.

Please understand. I am not making much out of this. As these are custom made orders.
In these difficult times I have spent the money making it for you
The costs includes mechanical parts, electronics, software, assembly, wiring, labour, transport, packaging, shipping, import duties, govt taxes and other miscellaneous costs.
I will try to solve any issue online by guiding you. Even if the problem doesn't get solved. I can offer exchange of the product.
You need to pay for shipping of the item, from your place and provide us with the tracking number. 
After we receive the item. I will provide the tracking number for the exchanged item shipped from here.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
